Right of Withdrawal
As per European law, if you as a consumer have ordered something from mywinlife.com and are located in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany or United Kingdom, you have a right to cancel your contract within 14 calendar days under your right of withdrawal. You are not required to provide a reason. Please note: Withdrawal is only possible if you have not broken the seal on our products.

If you exercise this right, we will refund the monies you have paid against the return of any products, business manuals, kits, training and promotional materials purchased within 14 days provided the goods remain unsold by you, are in the same conditions as supplied to you and are returned to the Company (at the address below) within 14 days of initiating the agreement. Any cost in returning the goods to WIN will fall upon you.

How to Exercise this Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can notify us with an unequivocal statement in writing informing us of your decision to withdraw. This notice can be sent by email or letter to WIN Worldwide BV, Kruisweg 583, 213 NA Hoofddorp, Netherlands, support@mywinlife.com by supplying us with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your complete address
  • The date you entered into the agreement (order)
  • Your order number
  • Your decision to cancel your agreement (order)


If you choose to withdraw, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement email of your decision. The 14-day time period starts on the date your order is shipped. To meet the withdrawal deadline, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period has expired and should then return the corresponding products to us within 14 days. You are responsible for the costs of returning the products.

If you have sent us this notice within the applicable time frame, your payment will be reimbursed within 14 days. Your reimbursement will include all payments that you have made to us up to the time of your withdrawal notice, which includes standard shipping costs. If you opted for a more expensive, expedited shipping method, you will be responsible for the additional costs associated with that choice. We will pay you back with the same payment method you used for the original payment, unless have you expressly agreed to a different form of reimbursement. In any case, we will not charge you a fee for the reimbursement. Notwithstanding this, we are allowed to withhold reimbursement until we have received the corresponding products, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the products, whichever date is first.

Exceptions
This right of withdrawal and the related termination option do not apply if you have placed an order with us via mywinlife.com as an "Independent Brand Partner." Brand Partners must refer to the Policies & Procedures for the Return Policy. Moreover, the right of withdrawal and the related termination option do not apply to unsealed products that are unsuitable to be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection and whose seal was broken after delivery.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee
If after the 14 Day Withdrawal Period, you as a Retail Customer or Smart Shopper are dissatisfied with any product for any reason, you may return the item in its original packaging, along with the original invoice, to WIN within 30 days of the purchase for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping. You are responsible for the cost of return freight. Non-accepted delivery charges will be debited to your account for refusing product. If the product was purchased directly from a WIN Brand Partner, please contact him or her directly for a refund. If the product was purchased from a WIN Brand Partner's website, you must contact WIN at mywinlife.com or by phone at +001 972-943-5220 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. If a package is returned without an authorized RMA Number, the refund may be delayed or refused.
